Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
