Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

Quiet little villa located very close to Tropea. Marcello & Marianna were very helpful hosts and were very easy to deal with. Good value

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Traumurlaub! Die Wohnung ist schön – die Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Draußen-Essbereich unter einem Pavillon und Grill. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es noch einen Whirlpool. Luisa war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten bekommen – alles schmeckt wahnsinnig gut und wir haben uns wie im Schlaraffenland gefühlt. Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung und die vielen Strände waren atemberaubend und schön leer. Die Jahreszeit und das Wetter waren perfekt, besonders für Familien, denn das Meer ist im Oktober noch warm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Francesco e Guido ci hanno accolto calorosamente e si sono assicurati che il nostro soggiorno proseguisse al meglio. Abbiamo alloggiato 17 notti nel mese di agosto. Il posto è bellissimo, curatissimo e molto tranquillo. Un posto di altri tempi curato con estremo gusto. La casa ha un bellissimo patio dove poter fare belle cene e la piscina è uno spazio fantastico quando si vuole rilassarsi. Il mare è molto vicino e offre un’ampia spiaggia libera (senza servizi), ma volendo nei dintorni si trovani spazi attrezzati. Per raggiungere la casa c’è uno sterrato da percorrere con attenzione, ma assolutamente fattibile.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 🤗 die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee stand bereit ☺️ Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, ein Highlight ist die Aussendusche und das Kochen unter freiem Himmel. Der Strand ist nicht so schön, es lohnt sich aber defenitiv weiter südlich zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr schnell. Mario hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Danke für diese schöne Woche, absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏽

Romy house è l' alloggio di cui hai bisogno per del sano relax; è immerso nel verde, la mattina al tuo risveglio sentirai solo lo scrosciare dell'acqua del ruscello e qualche animale da cortile in lontananza...ci sono venuta con i miei cani, Romina è stata super gentile e disponibile, inoltre è una delle poche persone che non mi ha nemmeno chiesto di che taglia fossero alla prenotazione La casa è curata nei dettagli e una lode particolare va al letto che è super comodo!!! grazie mille Romina per averci ospitato 😘

Cette maison est la plus équipée de tous les Airbnb que j’ai visités depuis des années. Il y a TOUT, comme dans une maison habitée. Andrea et Luigi sont disponibles et réactifs aux messages. La maison est atypique, en hauteur, typique du quartier. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Schöne zeitgemäß sanierte, ruhige, saubere und geräumige Wohnung (Bad kleiner) in einem alten Gebäude in der Altstadt, gut zu Fuß erreichbar und nicht weit von der Piazza, Restaurants und den Stränden entfernt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Parcheggio Pitaro) ca. 5min zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung, am Wochenende nur über die Contrada da la Parrera fahren, da die direkte Einfahrt gesperrt war. Herzlicher Empfang von Rina und die Kommunikation mit Giulia war sehr gut. Kleiner Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung stillvoll, einfach völlig ausreichend. In Pizzo gab es jeden Tag was neues zu entdecken und es ist ein idealer Standort für weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kalabrien. Mi sono trovata ad alloggiare da Fabio in vista di un concorso, eravamo in tre, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Alla mia richiesta di un alloggio pratico per la mobilità mi ha proposto l’immobile in centro che ho subito accettato. Nella casa c’è un po’ di tutto, alla mia richiesta del caffè per la macchinetta Fabio in modo impeccabile mi ha direttamente fornito un’altra macchinetta del caffè con le cialde. Inoltre si è assicurato che non ci mancasse nulla. Mi aveva già avvisato che l’appartamento era ubicato in centro tra i locali, quindi eravamo preparati ai possibili rumorini, ma sopportabili. Peccato essere stata lì per motivi di studio perché sotto casa ci sono tanti bei locali. Se dovessi tornare sicuramente sceglierei lo stesso appartamento.

Wärmste Empfehlung für Danilos Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Dorf, etwa 15 Minuten von den Stränden entfernt. Besonders praktisch: Eine hervorragende Trattoria befindet sich direkt im Ort und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Danilo war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr flexibel beim Check-In und hat uns persönlich empfangen – ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber!

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Wir haben im Schatten der Pinien Ruhe gefunden, das Boccia Spielen für uns entdeckt, leckeres Gemüse aus dem Garten gegessen, den Weitblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Am Ende zeigte sich majestätisch der Stromboli, viel größer als gedacht. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben großen Respekt vor der vielen Arbeit die hinter der Unterhaltung dieses kleinen Garten Eden steht. Nicht zu vergessen den Prosecco und den vorzüglichen Espresso zur Begrüßung. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo appartamento. Comodo, funzionale proprio nel centro storico. Esperienza molto positiva!

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Siamo stati una notte per un viaggio di lavoro. Ci ha accolto Luigi, che ci ha mostrato l’appartamento, veramente molto bello e spazioso! Luigi è stato molto gentile e disponibile, siamo stati poco ma molto bene, ora sappiamo dove tornare se ci capiterà di ritornare a Catanzaro!

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía, el alojamiento cuenta con lo necesario para un buen descanso, muy bien ubicado para llegar tanto a la playa como el centro histórico. El recibimiento con dulces caseros hechos por la anfitriona fueron un lindo detalle. Gracias por todo!!

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm.
