Despite being close to the town of Bergerac, the situation is peaceful and calm. The accommodation is simple, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen area is sufficient to prepare your meals if you wish...We enjoyed sitting on the decking terrace in the evening with a glass or two of chilled rosé. Alone, as a couple or even with 2 children, we will be happy to host you in this small cottage which was a former bread oven on the edge of the Dordogne towpath. It is in the style of our Purple Perigord with its bricous and old stones. In a quiet and peaceful secluded location, you will still be close enough to visit the famous bastides and castles of Dordogne but also Lot-et-Garonne and Gironde and halfway to SARLAT and Saint-Émilion.
