Magnolia City Suite - In the heart of Patras !

Η Magnolia είναι ένα άνετο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στην πλατεία Γεωργίου στο κέντρο της Πάτρας! Με τη μοναδική θέα του θεάτρου Απόλλων (έργο του Ερνέστου Τσίλλερ). Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο το 2020 με διακόσμηση σε μινιμαλιστικό ύφος. Ο γνωστός street artist Taish έβαλε την υπογραφή του στο graffiti που δεσπόζει στο χώρο. Είναι ένα ολόκληρο ιδιωτικό διαμέρισμα 48 m² που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι τέσσερα άτομα στο σύνολο. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες, επαγγελματίες και στελέχη επιχειρήσεων.

Mountain house

Ενα ησυχο μερος για χαλαρωση. Πολυ καλη χρηση κλιματιστικων με ψυξη - θερμανση απο -15 εως 45βαθμους.το ποταμάκι έχει 8 μήνες το χρόνο νερο και δίνει μια άλλη εστιση ηρεμίας! Το κατάλυμα υπόκειται σε κρατικό φόρο ( τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) ο οποίος είναι από Απρίλιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο 15 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση .λογο ότι είναι πάνω από 80τμ και τούς χειμερινούς μήνες είναι 4 ευρώ. η καταβολή του μπορεί να γίνει είτε κατά την άφιξη του επισκέπτη με μετρητά η στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του καταστήματος.

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Our studio, 45sqm located on the 2nd floor, consists of an open plan space and a beautiful large terrace... It is an elegant and stylish apartment, made with great care and joy to meet the needs of our guests in the city center. It is just 300 metres from the central square market. Near to the apartment there are supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and everything else you need. Ancient Olympia is 20km away and the port of Katakolon is just 10km away.

NATURE HOME IN CENTER

Our 50sqm apartment is located in the heart of Pyrgos just 5 minutes from the central market, next to there are super markets,pharmacies, etc.can accommodate couples and families for their holidays or for business obligations. Our apartment is made with a lot of love and passion so that our guest feels like home.. it has free parking and private balcony for moments of relaxation. The beaches are just 10km away, and ancient Olympia 20km.
