Our 115 m² Cayolaise villa is located 50 m from the city center and the beach. The Baie de Somme is 10 min by car, accessible by the bike path 700 m away. Come and fully enjoy the sea view from our two comfortable master suites including one on the 1st floor with a crib and one on the 2nd floor as well as a double bed room located on the 1st floor and a relaxation area with free sauna. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends, in any season.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
