Exam preparation is possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians approx. 5 min., University 15 min. A large parking space is available in front of the house. You will stay in a listed building from 1900. It offers you the ideal start to explore the Palatinate and the picturesque surroundings on foot, by bike, car or public transport. And at the same time, you live in the city with cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

This awaits you with fascinating hiking trails, an incredibly impressive flora and fauna, good food and particularly fine wines of the region. After an eventful day in nature, you can relax in the in-house sauna or hot tub and end the day with your loved ones with a homemade meal.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
