Bright studio in a new house in a subdivision near the La Roche-sur-Yon racecourse. The place is quiet and ideal to stay in. We would like to extend this offer to you for this charming new studio. The accommodation consists of a living room, with fully equipped kitchen, TV, bathroom, toilet, Wi-Fi, as well as shared laundry. The accommodation is close to the highway, and located 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, 40 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer, 30 minutes from Indian Forest. 40 minutes from Le Puy du Fou.

Studio indépendant de 27 m2 situé dans un parc arboré et paisible. Nous tenons a préciser que la chambre est en Mezzanine avec un accès escalier assez pentu (voir photo ci jointe). Possibilité de se promener autour d'un vaste étang ou nous mettons une barque à disposition pour un moment de détente au calme sur l'eau. A 3 min en voiture de Beaulieu sous la Roche (boulangerie, supérette...), 25 min des Sables d'Olonne et de ses plages, 1h du Puy du fou et accès au Chemin du GR aux portes du studio
