I had a wonderful stay at Rachi’s place! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the essentials — including a TV which made it easy to relax after long days. Rachi was incredibly polite and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. What truly stood out was her kindness and honesty — I accidentally left my AirPods behind, and Rachi not only found them but arranged a rider to deliver them to me the same day, completely free of charge. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend staying here — you’ll be in good hands!

This apartment is well located in the city. You can walk to the Carrefour supermarket and pharmacy and it’s not far from good restaurants and touristy spots. It was easy to locate the building and check in. The apartment looked as shown in the pictures. Very well kept and cozy. I felt safe in the building, the security guys downstairs are also nice. I had an issue with the bathroom mat and the hosts were responsive, attentive and really kind. When you book this place just be mindful that starting Thursday, the music gets pretty loud. I think that around that time people start partying in the area and you can hear it. Otherwise, my stay was amazing!

I enjoyed my stay at Fantine's place. It is exactly as described on the app, with all facilities intact. I felt at home right away. Ouickmart and other departmental stores are a walkable distance. Also, several restaurants are close by. I would like to visit again.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great restaurants and shops nearby. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer questions or offer local recommendations. I come to Kenya quite often. This is our favorite place. Caroline has always been accommodating and always available for my questions or concerns. The place is pretty perfect in my opinion. Good location, feels safe...I could go on and on but if you are considering this or another place, I say book this one!

5-star stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely — even better than the photos. I really appreciated the separate laundry room, which makes a big difference for longer stays. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed that made it easy to relax. Being just a 1-minute walk from the Junction Mall was a game changer — the convenience was unbeatable, and I don’t think I could stay at another Airbnb without that kind of access again. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nairobi.

Pamela’s Airbnb felt like home the moment I walked in! The host was professional, giving a warm tour of the spotless space 10/10 for cleanliness! The location is fantastic, right next to a mall, and the property’s entertainment and top-notch gym were highlights. We had a wonderful stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness and helpfulness—any questions I had were answered quickly. We'd stay here again and recommend it to others.

The apartment was centrally located and fairly easy check in with good security on the property. There’s grocery store and fresh fruit market right outside which makes it really feel like home.

I stayed here for 10 days in May 2025 for work. The flat was exactly as described. Very clean, well equipped, secure, and spacious. The hot water and internet worked well. It was cleaned every few days which was wonderful. I was able to do my laundry easily. The compound is very secure. It is a ground floor flat which looks out into the parking lot, so I don’t open the curtains very often. I was at work most of the time so this wasn’t an issue for me.

Wonderful place in Westlands at the heart of Nairobi. Furnished and clean place that felt just like home. Trizah was very responsive and welcoming.

The apartment is lovely and looks just like the pictures. It has a cozy, lived-in feel, so you’ll notice some aging in the furniture and appliances, but that didn’t take away from the experience. The location is quiet and convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Leila is an excellent host—responsive and easy to communicate with, which made my stay comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

A very nice serviced apartment with a lovely terrace. Daily very thorough cleaning. Water dispenser. The kitchen has electric kettle, microwave, oven and stove, but there were no pots or pans whatsoever. Maybe we could have asked for them, if we really felt like it, because we were actually upgraded to a slightly larger studio when we arrived. So perhaps the room hadn't been fully prepared. But everything else was lovely.

Shelmith's place stood out in the listings because of its value and we're so glad we booked! Beautiful apartment with lots of space, storage, natural light, spotlessly clean and lovely design features. Mostly we loved it because it was cozy, quiet, in green surrounds, tight security and walking distance or short uber to all you might need. Great bed, comfy sofas, huge TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Shelmith was a responsive and super friendly host and no question was too much. We extended our stay and can't wait to come back next time. Found a keeper for future Nairobi trips 😊
