You are within walking distance of all the supermarkets, Menengate and Flanders Fieldmuseum, and all the sights of the city center. Smooth connecting roads to Brussels and the Ferry Calais-Dover. This centrally located property is tastefully decorated.

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

Our apartment is located on the 4th floor at the Central Market square of Ypres with a monumental view on the Cloth Hall, a 2 minutes walk to the Menin Gate and on walking distance from many restaurants and bars. More central than that, you cannot find. Many of our guests from all over the world where astonished by the spectacular view from the apartment. Elevator to the 4th.
