Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping at 6-8 km distance.
