A 15 mn de Montpellier et des plages méditerranéennes, villa moderne rénovée à Mudaison dans un ancien angard agricole permet de profiter d’un cadre plein de charme dans le calme niché au début de la petite Camargue. Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, les pieds dans l’eau. Cette maison de caractère de 220 m2 peut recevoir jusqu'à 8 personnes maximum ( 4 chambres climatisées et 3 salles de bain). Nous n’acceptons pas les fêtes ni la musique car nous sommes dans un lotissement.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
