Eine fantastische, vollausgestattete Unterkunft in zauberhafter Waldlage. Die Küche und alle in ihr enthaltenen Utensilien bieten die Möglichkeit einer vollends unabhängigen Selbstversorgung, das Schlafzimmer sowie die Betten sind gemütlich, die Innensauna verschafft grenzenlose Entspannung und Waschmaschine sowie Trockner ermöglichen die Textilpflege, wenn man nach fordernden Wanderungen oder Sportaktivitäten wieder heimkehrt. Päivi ist zudem eine Gastgeberin, wie sich ein Gast sie nur wünschen könnte: unendlich liebenswert und freundlich, stets gut zu ereichen und charmant in der Kommunikation. Uns fehlte es somit während unseres Aufenthalts an nichts und wir würden uns freuen, jederzeit wieder Päivis Gäste sein zu dürfen und empfehlen Päivis Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiter. Hôte très sympathique nous avons été bien accueillis. Asko a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait les différents équipements du logement et nous a donnés plusieurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, cosy, and felt just like home. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the city centre and the Arktikum museum, making it easy to explore. Everything was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Abel was an amazing host, very responsive and flexible, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality. There was nothing to fault, and we loved every moment spent here. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail made our experience even better. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, cosy, and well-located place, this is it! Heikki's stay felt right at home. We were very comfortable and warm, the stay had all amenities mentioned and a well stocked kitchen. Heikki was welcoming and provided us all the instructions required, along with nearest bus/train station locations, city center direction and activities that we could do at Rovaniemi. There is a grocery store 2 mins away and city center is walkable.

Kaunis ja viihtyisä asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen.

Wij verbleven hier met totaal 3 volwassenen en er was ruimte genoeg. Het appartement ligt op een fijne locatie en was erg schoon. We kregen van de lieve host geweldige tips over dingen die te doen zijn in de buurt. Daardoor liepen wij iedere avond naar het bevroren meer en hebben we daar (zonder excursie) het noorderlicht kunnen bewonderen. Onze host reageerde altijd snel en ook met vertrektijd was ze flexibel zodat we voor onze vlucht nog wat langer konden blijven. Kortom, het was fantastisch! We zouden hier zeker teruggaan en het aanraden aan anderen.

L'appartement proposé par Ansa est joliment décoré avec des pièces spacieuses et chambres séparées, équipement complet. L'immeuble est ancien mais au calme et proche du centre ville. Ansa est très réactive et nous a donné des recommandations de visite et restaurants judicieuses. Très bon séjour.

Paljon kiitoksia vieraanvaraisuudestanne. Oli erittäin mukavaa pitkän matkan jälkeen juoda kuumaa teetä herkullisten herkkujen kera, jotka odottivat meitä pöydällä. Poika oli erittäin tyytyväinen leluihin, jotka odottivat häntä huoneessa. Sängyt ja tyynyt olivat erittäin mukavia ja uni oli mukavaa. Käytössämme oli myös paljon erilaista kosmetiikkaa ja taloustavaroita. Eija on erittäin tarkkaavainen vieraita kohtaan, hän oli aina yhteydessä ja vastasi välittömästi. Erityiset kiitokset avustanne tilanteessa, jossa ovi pamahtaa ja avain jäi sisään. Suosittelen ehdottomasti kaikille

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

Suvi is very responsive and flexible with check-in and constantly checking on our comfort. The property is just wonderful, in the center of the city, walkable distance to all the activity pickups, surrounded by marts and restaurants.

Kuvausta ja kuvia vastaava kohde! Itse olin yllättynyt naapureiden määrästä, mutta sijainti oli todella rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Viihtyisä ja tilava majoitus kaiken kaikkiaan.

Jenna’s place was great. It was near the train station, grocery store and not too far from the airport. Her place was spotless and filled with all the items you need in the kitchen.

Ihan mahtava paikka ja sijainti. Olin reilun kuukauden tässä kohteessa ja paikka tuntui ihan kodilta.

Das ist wirklich ein ausgesprochen schönes Appartment in guter Lage. Wenn wir einmal nach Rovaniemi wiederkommen sollten, dann gern wieder hierhin. Das Appartment ist bis ins kleinste Detail hin sehr gut ausgestattet.

Siisti ja tilava asunto, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava varustelu. Aivan rautatieaseman vieressä ja asuntoon mahtui helposti 3 hlö majoittumaan.

C'est un appart qui est charmant, agréable et dépaysement assuré. Il est très bien équipé ( lave vaisselle, lave linve) très pratique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dedhans. Il est moderne avec des petites touches d'anciens. On a vraiment apprécié cette endroit et qualité prix au top pour petit budget.

Die Wohnung von Bence und Andrea war optimal vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der Weg in die Stadt war kurz. Wir durften bereits etwas eher in die Wohnung, was uns sehr geholfen hat, da war bereits vormittags mit dem Zug angekommen waren. Der Check-in war mit den Anweisungen, die wir per Nachricht bekamen, sehr einfach zu bewerkstelligen und auch sonst waren die Gastgeber während des ganzen Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung gefiel uns insgesamt gut, nur die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas spärlich. Nicht gerade etwas, wenn man gerne aufwändig kocht, das nötigste ist jedoch vorhanden. Die Sauna ist klein, aber für zwei Personen zum sitzen ausreichend und sehr einfach zu benutzen. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden!

Perfect location! 5 minutes walk to bus stop and gondola and village centre with supermarket, tourist information and shops. Easy shuttle bus from airport. Recommend wild food restaurant on ground floor. Ski hire on ground floor and also at gondola. Ski locker rooms and lifts. Nice view from balcony to wooded area and village. Lovely apartment with private sauna and lots of storage. We traveled with a 9 year old and 1 year old who tried skiing for first time at Ruka family park at the top of the gondola. Also cross country ski tracks next to apartment and ski hire. Everything was just so easy and accessible for us. We had the best time! Alex and was really helpful with our arrival and quickly helped with WiFi. Perfect family holiday for us!

Hemos pasado unos días en el apartamento de Llona y hemos estado muy cómodos, Llona siempre ha estado pendiente de cualquier duda que pudiera tener antes de nuestro viaje y nos recibió muy amablemente a pesar de que llegamos tarde por la hora de nuestro vuelo....La ubicación no puede ser mejor, tienes todo lo necesario muy cerca de la casa, sin duda una opción excelente habernos alojado en casa de Llona, nos guiamos aparte de por las fotos, también por las reseñas. Todo muy fiel al anuncio.

We had a great time at Kati’s apartment! We did not meet her in person, but she checked in with us via messages and gave us a list of recommendations for Rovaniemi. She even texted us that there was an aurora alert :) The apartment is really nice and looks exactly like the photos. We found everything we needed - there is even a rice cooker in the kitchen! The apartment is located in the center of Rovaniemi. We mostly walked, but there is a bus stop close by too (to go to Santa Claus village for example). All in all, it was an amazing stay and we can definitely recommend Kati’s place to everyone 😊

Todo perfecto. El alojamiento súper acogedor, ideal para dos personas. Un poco lejos de la ciudad para tener más intimidad, pero es muy fácil de acceder en coche, además de que está al lado del aeropuerto y queda a 5/10 minutos de todo lo que quieras ver. Heidi ha estado muy atenta en todo el proceso, contesta rápido y resuelve todas las dudas que tengas. Volvería a reservarlo sin duda si volviera a Rovaniemi.

Amazing apartment, clean, cozy, with all the amenities, 5 minutes walk from the city center, with a balcony overlooking the lake, where we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from there. Simply perfect. Janne is an amazing host and also a taxi driver, he picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a better price than the airport taxis.
