This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

A unique nordic beach house only 12 min drive from the Santa Claus Village. With luck here you may see Northern lights from August to end of April. Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. Laskettelukeskukseen alle kilometri . Hiihtoladuille pääsee suoraan mökiltä. Täällä on upea Lapin tunnelma. Ihana sauna johon kuljetaan lasiterassin kautta . Terassilla takka ja sisällä toinen. Parvella on nukkumapaikat neljälle, kerrossängyssä ja aulan levitettävä sohva. Alakerrassa on makuuhuoneet joissa parisängyt (2+2).
