Holiday rentals with a patio in Lapland

We really enjoying our stay at the apartment of Johan. Enough space, clean and everything we needed was in place. His communication was fast, clear and always ready to help. He also arranged a late check out possibility which was very helpful. Overall the apartment was a great place to have a fun week in Rovaniemi and surroundings.

The stay at Keijo was wonderful. The place is as described and makes you feel right at home. Keijo was very helpful and friendly. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

A wonderfully peaceful place. The hiking trail started right next to it and in half an hour you climbed Olostunturi to admire the scenery. The apartment is clean and cozy, I recommend it.

Beautiful and very clean apartement with your own sauna. The kitchen was well equipped. Miia was a reliable and friendly host. We are coming again.

We had a great couple of days staying at Arttu's place. The place was squeaky-clean, had everything one needs and of course we really enjoyed relaxing in the Sauna after hiking and roaming Rovaniemi all day. Arttu is a very friendly, helpful and proactive host, which made the whole experience a 11/10. Thank you Arttu, we would gladly stay here again and can absolutely recommend it.

We were only there for a few hours. It’s close to the airport. Really nice place - modern and very clean with comfy beds.

The apartment was perfect for our stay – cozy, clean and as described. The location was great and communication with Saara was easy and fast. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, the maximum is only five stars, actually 5* ++++😃. The house is modern, fully equipped, very clean. Beautiful view of the river and the mountain. Super comfortable beds, well soundproofed bedrooms. Close shopping opportunity. Lots of attractions/program opportunities within a few kilometers. It was an ideal accommodation for four adults and a dog. We booked the accommodation spontaneously, yet everything worked quickly and without any problems. Tapani is very flexible as a host. One of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. Excellent price - service ratio.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

The house was really friendly with a good overall atmosphere. It was perfect for these 4 nights with some friends. The view is beautiful from the house, the sauna is pretty authentic, and we really enjoyed laying in the fresh snow afterwards.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was not only sparkling clean, but also furnished with a lot of love for detail – you felt comfortable from the first moment. Everything was exactly as described if not better. The host was extremely warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. We particularly liked the quiet location and the cozy atmosphere – the perfect place to switch off and enjoy. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

Wonderful accommodation with all amenities (indoor and outdoor sauna). Good location - absolutely quiet and secluded and yet in 10 minutes in Rovaniemi.

Beautiful for an early summer trip for my brother’s 30th birthday. Peaceful but close enough to hikes and the city if needed. Everything we wanted. Also Tino was amazing regarding a few late changes to our booking. 10/10.

A fantastic, fully equipped property in a magical forest location. The kitchen and all the utensils contained in it offer the possibility of a fully independent self-catering, the bedroom as well as the beds are cozy, the indoor sauna provides limitless relaxation and washing machine as well as dryers allow textile care if you return home after challenging hikes or sports activities. Päivi is also a host as a guest could ask for: infinitely lovable and friendly, always good to reach and charming in communication. We therefore lacked nothing during our stay and we would be happy to be Päivi's guests again at any time and recommend Päivi's cottage without reservation. Very good stay experience! Cozy and tidy apartment in a good location. The apartment was perfect for the needs of our group of five. Clear check-in and checkout instructions, and Ulla and Eska got help as soon as they asked questions. We'd love to stay here again!

Convenient accommodation to the supermarket and restaurants, two minutes from the entrance of the cross-country slopes, quiet area. Very clean when we arrive, it has everything you need for a great stay! Johanna was very friendly in her responses and quick to support! Highly recommended for those of us who have done a week of cross-country skiing on these wonderful slopes!

Beautiful house with two enormous living areas, and 3 bedrooms ... located in a residential neighborhood with a supermarket nearby, and bus to town (30 min walk). Many of the tourist activities in Rovaniemi also offer pick-up and drop-off. The accomodation has everything... big TV, fireplace, sauna - very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. All new and very clean... and well heated. Hannu is a very considerate host, responds rapidly with clear info and instructions. Would love to stay there again ... and longer !!
