Apartment holiday rentals in Lapu-Lapu City

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

It’s an amazing experience to stay such a stunning, gorgeous space! I like how the arrangement sets in, with the wide views outside. I love the linens and the furniture provided, it makes the ambiance more relaxing and comforting. Great location and close to tourist spots, restaurants, and shops. The host was kind and very responsive, even provided parking for our car rental. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly book again :)

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het appartement was schoon, stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Redan was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de communicatie verliep soepel. De locatie was perfect – rustig, maar toch dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt en korte rit naar het vliegveld. Zeker een aanrader, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Beautiful place. Cozy, neat rooms with peaceful & relaxing atmosphere. I love the beautiful pool, especially at night. Probably best choice inside Mactan island, Cebu. Highest value for money. Anyway, give it a try, you never regret it. (Actually, I regret staying there only for two nights…)

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

We had a peaceful and pleasant stay at Jessica’s this June 2025. We booked the place because price was just right, quite spacious, with 2 airconditioned bedrooms, 1 CR, living room with Smart TV (including Netflix, YouTube, etc). Kitchen utensils were available. We just needed a refill for soap and shampoo when we arrived. The place was at the building near the guardhouse and next to the clubhouse. The unit was at the 3rd floor, but we had no issue or trouble with climbing the stairs. The swimming pool can be accessed 8am-10pm daily. It was just located across the building. There were clean large towels enough for us. All appliances were functioning and in good condition. The whole place was well-maintained. It was also very accessible to public transportation and there are some nearby restaurants on the area. You can ride jeeps just by the guardhouse. Checkin was very easy and Ms Jessica gave clear instructions for check in and check out, and how to get there from the airport.

Would highly recommend this place! Very clean, spacious, has that homey vibe, and has all the things that you will need. Location was great because it was very near to the place that we need to visit. Ms. Richel was also very kind and very helpful, ensuring we could check in hassle-free by providing detailed instructions and information about her place. Overall a 10/10.

We had a comfortable stay and the room definitely had everything we needed. It was also near to IAU and Gaisano which made it convenient for us to go back and forth. The host/s was quick and responsive that is why i’ll recommend this place to my friends who’ll visit someday

I reached out to the host last minute as I have to work due to some internet connectivity issues at home. The host responded within 10 minutes and I couldn’t be more grateful as I was able to log on time. The place was spotless and cozy! I would definitely stay here longer next time. The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!
