Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

Great location and close to tourist spots, restaurants, and shops. The host was kind and very responsive, even provided parking for our car rental. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly book again :)

Beautiful place. Cozy, neat rooms with peaceful & relaxing atmosphere. I love the beautiful pool, especially at night. Probably best choice inside Mactan island, Cebu. Highest value for money. Anyway, give it a try, you never regret it. (Actually, I regret staying there only for two nights…)

We had a peaceful and pleasant stay at Jessica’s this June 2025. We booked the place because price was just right, quite spacious, with 2 airconditioned bedrooms, 1 CR, living room with Smart TV (including Netflix, YouTube, etc). Kitchen utensils were available. We just needed a refill for soap and shampoo when we arrived. The place was at the building near the guardhouse and next to the clubhouse. The unit was at the 3rd floor, but we had no issue or trouble with climbing the stairs. The swimming pool can be accessed 8am-10pm daily. It was just located across the building. There were clean large towels enough for us. All appliances were functioning and in good condition. The whole place was well-maintained. It was also very accessible to public transportation and there are some nearby restaurants on the area. You can ride jeeps just by the guardhouse. Checkin was very easy and Ms Jessica gave clear instructions for check in and check out, and how to get there from the airport.

The place is compact as it is 1 bedroom but the view from the balcony is nice, the check-in process is very smooth and the host is very responsive to our queries. Will surely book this place again when we visit Cebu puhon!

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

Good clean apartment the communal pool is typical of Philippines with missing or loose tiles only thing I felt was missing from apartment was 2 chairs for the balcony

The place was great as it was close to bars and restaurants. It was also clean and has items and appliances that can be used for a long term stay.

Everything was perfect and Host was fantastic. Easy to enter keypad on the door. Location had a great balcony view of the pool. 7eleven was a 5 minute walk away. 2 full basketball courts less than 5 minutes away. I loved my stay
