Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

Note: There is a basement apartment below with a separate entrance that is rented out to someone we trust. The renter does have a dog. Check in at 3 pm or later; check out at 11 am.
