For 5 years, we have been constantly renovating it, and today we can say that it is comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teens love to go there and we have a great time as a family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. Away from a small village in Bas Armagnac, quiet, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Independent studio located next to our house, fully equipped: TV and DVD player but no DTT, Wi-Fi, a mezzanine with a large 160 bed and a folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom, parking. 15 minutes from the Nogaro circuit, Barbotan-les-Thermes and its casino, Eauze and 35 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan.
