Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Larnaca

Stayed here for 5 days. Easy self check in, flexible check out, very clean and you have all that you need. Terrace is super nice to chill in the evening, location perfect close to airport, beach, city centre, restaurants etc.) Jack was very helpful and super responsive. And as a welcome gift I got some chocolates and home made cookies. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Convenient and quiet location, close to the sea, friendly host. The appts were clean, but the furniture is quite old and because of this, one gets the impression that the room is not very clean. In general, we liked everything.

A realky "Great Value Stay" for us, as a couple combining hybrid working pattern and seaside relaxing moments fmin our 5days'stay in Cyprus. 4+people would be nicely accommodated as well, all hosted nicely in private pool and in bbq! All the facilities & ammenities we asked for, either in or out the house, where right there for us. Hostess has been very attentive to us all though our pre/during visit, providing guidance on extra services and on activities for our pleasunt and experiene. Already making plan to come back this year!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

We have been to Cyprus/Larnaca for the 5th time and the Cypriot standard is usually just a bit more rustic than we are used to from Austria. But the apartment was tip top. There were 5 of us. We all had comfortable and clean beds, a large terrace with seating and also the apartment's furnishings with cupboards, kitchen, washing machine were great. The location is great, about 1 minute from Lazarus Church and about 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely come back. 👍💪🏽☺️

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained. We especially loved the tasteful decoration—it felt modern, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with amenities of all kinds. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Recommended place despite sometimes the difficulty of having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.

Excellent stay at Themida! We recommend it without hesitation, everything was perfect (accommodation, easy access to the center of Larnaca, etc.)! We'll be happy to go back!

A successful stay. The terrace for relaxation is amazing. The apartment is clean and spacious. The only thing I could complain about was the wind, but that's not the owners' fault :). I recommend it. A wonderful place to rest and reset.

Nice apartment with great location.

This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The house was beautiful, the garden was stunning, and the sea view from the terrace was unforgettable. Our host was incredibly helpful and attentive — always checking if we needed anything, recommending great places and activities, and even arranging car rental and airport transfer with Mr. Stellios, who was also very kind and helpful. When we arrived, the fridge was fully stocked, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture after a long journey. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt taken care of from the very beginning. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a great stay , beautiful appartmber very close to the sea . Eva and team were really helpful and responsive. We found the main bed very hard but contacted Eva and team and they sent extra duvets to lay down the very next morning . thanks for making our stay enjoyable and easy .

Eva was great and the apartment was very cute and spacious. The balcony is massive and it offers outstanding sunsets and a partial view to the sea. The bed was ultra comfortable and the bathroom was huge. All together a very nice little flat for two people! Could even fit nicely with a small child. Free parking on premises was convenient, although street parking is free all around, it still gives us a nice feeling to be able to comfortably park our rental car at private parking with gates. The apartment is part of a hotel type living so there is also a reception, a gym, a pool, a restaurant and you could even take breakfast with them.

The house is nice, older than it looks in the pictures, there is a construction site nearby and during the day there is noise, in terms of location everything is within walking distance and the owners really came to meet us during check-in and check-out, the communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment

Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

The apartment was wonderful with all the comforts—you truly felt at home. The decoration was unique and creative! The host was welcoming and available for anything we needed.
