This is a fully renovated 50m2 village house. You enjoy the charm of the old with all the comforts you need. The house is located on the ground floor overlooking on one side the village square and the backyard on the other. Quiet and tranquil, you have a large living room, dining room, kitchen. We are a French-Spanish gay couple and rent a studio/bedroom adjoining our house including bedroom with bathroom, a small corner with fridge, electric coffee maker, kettle, microwave and a small table (no kitchen). With an independent outdoor entrance. An exterior in a small patio with a table and at your disposal. Ideal for spending a few days in downtown Sète!!!
