We came to Juan's place to Las Coloradas for flamingos and a peaceful stay. It was amazing. Simple, no luxury, but we had everything we needed. Mainly there is a large private terrace :) we were really lucky flamingos were very close all the time. Around the corner is a super restaurant Lalo's, very close to several shops, money can be collected at the hotel at the reception. There is a path around the house to an endless white beach with no people. Thank you.

Great place, super easy to find along with everything nearby, mind you we had a car. Restaurant/bar inside the compound, pool and gym. The only issue I would say is that room number had this terrible odor of poo. I think the septic tank was right by the hammock which didn’t make it enjoyable at all

We were very happy here. Georgina’s communication was very clear, friendly, and proactive. We were welcomed at the front immediately and got to make sure our room was to our satisfaction, as well as oriented with the layout and amenities of the hotel. We stayed for two nights and were very happy with our stay. The room and bathroom were clean, the room was comfortable and quiet. The AC, TV, and internet all worked well. The shared kitchen was organized and clean, and the pool was clean as well. There are extra bathrooms on the kitchen and pool level you can use. One change I would suggest is a few extra pillows and having a blanket available. The room definitely matches the pictures, however we got a little cold overnight. We made the air warmer, but a top sheet is not our favorite way to get cozy. Still, would stay here again next time we are on the island! Thank you!!

Excellent place to stay Very good both the room and the terrace overlooking the river. Very convenient location on the seawall to do the boat tour by the reservation, and very good also the detail of the breakfast included. Roger is an extraordinary host. Accommodation 10/10 in every aspect, highly recommended. In addition, highly recommended also to visit Río Lagartos, a must stop on any trip through Yucatán, I don't know they lose it.
