Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Las Conchas

Sandra was amazing and the house was exactly like advertised. There was an extremely windy day and ended up blowing the glass table top off and I called Sandra who was very responsive and understanding of the situation. After sweeping and putting the patio furniture covers in the upstairs room to prevent further damage from winds, we continued on with our beautiful vacation! Great spot!

Melissa was a phenomenal host! We brought our 2 rotties for this trip and her home was perfect for our doggos! Close walk to the beach, great clean home, full kitchen. Everything was perfect! We had such an amazing time. The most important part to us was finding a place that was open to our dogs, and Melissa’s home was just that! Will definitely stay again!

This is always our go to when we go to Puerto Peñasco. It is right on the beach and close to Manny’s Beach House if you want to grab a drink or listen to live music. Check in was easy and all the instructions were clear and stress-free. The host and co-hosts were responsive to our questions or needs. We will be back again! :)

Loved staying at Anetts beachfront house!! It was beautiful with beautiful scenery. Anett was also very flexible with check in and check out time which was awesome!!😊

Cozy one bed, 2 bath apartment with private parking. Very quiet neighborhood, close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Place has everything you need for a short or long stay. Will definitely come back.

The place was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! Its an amazing place for the price with stairs right to the pool, bar, and beach!

We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it! The space was perfect for two — cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with a fresh, beachy vibe. The queen bed was super comfy with big fluffy blankets that smelled amazing. We loved the soft rugs, the cute kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed, and the thoughtful welcome note with easy WiFi access. Both the bedroom and living room had their own AC units, which kept the place perfectly cool and comfortable. The secured parking area made us feel safe, and we appreciated the extra touches like hanglines for swimsuits and convenient carry lights. The bathroom was spacious, and the full-length mirror was great for getting ready. The location couldn’t have been better — a short drive to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, an aquarium, and even a churro stand! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely come back again — such a lovely experience!

I have stayed at this condominium development a few times. I like this particular unit, good view and everything works as it should. Hosts are quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend and I usually bring a high end new 4x4 or luxury vehicles without problems.

Ellen’s condo was a great choice!! Very clean and comfortable. Nice views of the resort , pools and the beach 🏝️ Check in and check out was clear and helpful with very detailed instructions and information of the area. It was perfect 👍 for our long weekend !!! Hidden gem, TESSORO in las conchas! Beautiful condo, luxury finishes, gorgeous views, private Jacuzzi with balcony, great sandy private beach with low to medium tide, pool/jacuzzy and pool bar with coolest bartender DANTE, easy check in with security guard MANUEL ready to help out with any needs, FRED provided all the necessary and extra info on who to contact and where to go that it was easy to navigate during our stay. 20 min drive to town to go eat but we didn't mind since we didn't want to cook. When it rains the roads do get muddy, called on-site property manager MANUEL and he gave us instructions on how to not get stuck with our 4 door Toyota Camry and he assured me if we got stuck they would go get us. Overall, a great, relaxing time with my family at this beautiful gem. THANK YOU

The place had everything we needed and felt spacious for two adults & two kids. We enjoyed the patio setup with both lounge chairs and a table for us to eat dinner while enjoying the beautiful evening views. It’s in the Coronado building, which is a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
