Amazing place, super inviting. Plenty of parking space. She had two beautiful dogs, which are very friendly with the tenants. Sergio is very kind. He was waiting for us with the salamander on and with firewood as a gift (although nearby they sell sacks for 4,000). Very private place, no noise or anything. Ideal for going with a group of friends to have a good time. It has a beautiful and very comfortable barbecue area. In the mornings, the place is wonderful. Sergio is flexible with check-out and check-in times. Totally recommended to go to disconnect from the routine in a quiet place, or to go to have fun with friends without anyone bothering.

As for the distance from the beach, it was about 7 minutes, and the walk was very pleasant. Close to businesses and the "main" street where supermarkets were located. Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house It is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (not bathing) and security. The three pieces are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are spotless, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

We had an excellent time, everything very neat and clean, we love the fireplace, we did not spend anything cold with the children. The beach is a few steps away and the environment is very peaceful. Maryla very worried and responds in time, we will definitely be back.

This is the second time I have chosen this house and I still like it a lot. It is in a very quiet place close to the beach . It's all ready to use and well cared for, I find super practical for my weekend getaways.

Excellent condominium, private, quiet, with a mini forest and large pools. There is also a shop inside with basic things and bread. The apartment is very nice and has the essentials to cook and sleep in it. It is always possible to add more implements to the kitchen, and bathrooms, but super nice and comfortable. It was a great stay!!
