Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

Awesome stay! Location is great and close to everything, truly don’t need a car but I had one anyway and parking was no issue at all. The place itself is much larger and nicer than I expected, well decorated and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of santurce. Overall great stay! Would do it again for sure

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautiful and just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I would stay here again next time I'm in San Juan. It was pretty close to everything we wanted to do. Right in the middle. Clean, Cool, Comfortable,and she was very very nice the few times we ran into her. She left a folder with everything and anything we needed, also gave us complimentary keepsakes. 10/10
