Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

We had a terrific stay in this beautiful home. Everything was so convenient and the pool was very relaxing! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back and visit again sometime!

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

The place was easy to find and very charming. Waldo provided clear and detailed instructions on to how to get inside the place. The apartment was clean and very neat and the room was big enough to move around. I walked a little bit around the neighborhood and it was nice and peaceful.

We had an amazing stay!! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The place itself was very clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, it was pretty quiet. Really appreciated Glenda's responsiveness to any of our questions and really appreciated her recommendations as well, would definitely stay here again!

Dishmey was easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. Where do I start, he was extremely proactive before I even started my stay…checking-in and asking if there was anything I needed ahead of time. When the time for our trip arrived, it was a breeze. The instructions were incredibly clear and made for and efficient check-in time. Once at the space, I immediately remarked how clean it was. We often wipe down everything and utilize our own disposable towels and sheets. But, as we wiped things down, there was no dirt detected. While there, there was a blackout. However, we didn’t have to worry because Dishmey’s property is solar powered and was one of few houses in the gated community that still had power in spit of the outage. In addition, it was the little touches like the beach chairs and water in the fridge that made for a great stay. I’d gladly stay in one of Dishmey’s listings again. Thank you again for the warm, Puerto Rican hospitality.

I had the most amazing experience staying at the Perla Apt. in Ocean Park. The location is perfect—just a couple blocks from the beach (like 2 minutes away) and within walking distance of some of the best restaurants (Bocca was amazing), and local gems for the area. I truly felt immersed in the vibrant yet laid-back rhythm of the neighborhood. The apartment itself was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable, like visiting an old friend, and it was ideal for me seeking a cozy escape. The courtyard is lush and serene, and I appreciated the sense of privacy even while sharing the space with other guests. The upstairs bedroom was peaceful and inviting, and the amenities were just as listed. If I could change one thing, I do wish the space had a bit more natural light—but that’s a small note in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. I will return and highly recommend it!

I had the absolute best time staying with Tommy and Kayla in Ocean Park. I absolutely fell in love with this neighborhood, as it gives a more local experience while being quiet and relaxing. Literally steps away from the beach and many good food spots!! The bed was also extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay with Tommy and Kayla again the next time we visit PR (hopefully soon!!)

Had a great stay! Dara was super quick to respond and really helpful. She let us check in early and checked in on us during our trip to make sure everything was going well. She also gave us local recommendations that made exploring the area easier. Overall, everything was smooth and easy — would definitely stay here again!

Great stay , parking can be a bit tricky sometimes but as long as you’re comfortable with walking you’ll be fine ! Place was quiet , clean and in a good location!

This apartment was great! Right near Calle Loíza, with amazing restaurants, as well as 4 blocks from the beach, which is beautiful! The place itself would be small with more than 2/3 people, but it’s perfectly usable and a great bang for your buck place!

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

We had the chance to stay at Arenas's studio apartment on our first trip to PR! Our flight was late at night so we appreciated the straight forward check in process. The apartment was very clean and had some amenities to make our stay cozy! The AC was also a treat to welcome us whenever we came back to home base. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable!!! If you love the beach, this is the best place! We loved that there were so many restaurants within walking distance; it was hard to choose!. We were easily able to Uber into Old San Juan and some excursions near El Yunque. The outdoor patio was perfect for drinking coffee, a beer and playing cribbage. We are hoping to visit this lovely country again soon!

This place feels like home! It’s super local, and that makes the experience be so much better. The neighbors are super nice and they welcome you like that’s your home. I would do it again without thinking. The only thing that was hard for a day was the roosters at 5:30 am waking us up but we start enjoying that after the first day because it made our day so much better and give us more time to do all the stuff planned. Really enjoyed this place and I would recommended for sure!

Yaritza’s place was so peaceful and beautiful. It’s well equipped with everything you need and spacious. She was right there to meet me upon arrival and was very kind and informative. I definitely recommend staying here. Everything is close by without feeling touristy. I loved seeing the actual people that live there.

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

We booked the same day and it was easy. The host was very responsive when we had an issue getting in the apartment. Place is very clean and beautiful views.

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!
