Budget room size Studio for 2 guests (169 sq ft) in central location but for budget price - a price of a shared room or a bed in a hostel in Ocean park, simple spot to rest your head. Full backup generator, water tanks, water pump. Bars & restaurants are literally by the corner, 5 minutes by feet to Ocean park beach, FULL size bed, cook hub, wifi, Netflix, AC, beach chairs*,towels & cooler, NO beach umbrella. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.
