Holiday rentals with beach access in Las Negras

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

We felt right at home. The apartment is super cozy with everything you need to cook and live a very comfortable few days. La isleta enamora, it is a beautiful and relaxing village, with a measured and responsible tourism, of those places that unfortunately are almost there. Valvanuz and Antonio are very kind and helpful at all times.

We have spent a few days as a family in Berta's apartment, where we have enjoyed the tranquility of the area, its beaches and the area's restaurants. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and is very well located. Thank you very much Berta for all the facilities, I'm sure we will repeat in the future.

Spectacular! The amazing house, located in front( less than 15 meters) of the best beach in Mojácar. And Paco and Isma a 10. We will definitely repeat it!!!

Amazing views of San Jose. It is in very quiet and peaceful area. It’s a short walk to restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to return.

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

The location and unbeatable views, very quiet place that lends itself to relaxation....the treatment with juan and the perfect reception. We come home very happy

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

One of the best homes in Cabo de Gata! A house of 10 Super clean High-equipped

The apartment is spacious and well decorated, furnished and equipped. We felt very comfortable and welcome there. The views from the balcony and roof terrace were lovely. It is situated right next to the National Park which has fantastic beaches and striking landscapes. It is also close to shops and restaurants. Antonio was a great host - caring and helpful. A good place to stay in San Jose.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. We were delighted to stay in Jesus' apartment. It is as shown in the photos, the perfect location, a few meters from the beach, parking space, fully equipped kitchen, a spectacular terrace and I wanted to highlight the kindness of Jesus at all times and his attention. 100% recommended. We'll be back for sure

The accommodation is as described and seen in the photos. The pool is perfect for swimming in early June. The accommodation is clean and tidy and in very good condition. Highly recommended.

The apartment is faithful to the description and the published photos, you have everything you could need for your stay. A quiet area, super close to the beach, easy parking. We were very comfortable, we will definitely be back. The treatment with Marga and Alfonso has been excellent.
