We spent some wonderful days in the islet of the Moor and in this accommodation, all as described, very comfortable, the beds, the house cool with the ceiling fans and with everything you need in the kitchen to spend a few days, the neighbor Ani is very nice, the quiet area, we will surely repeat.

Very nice apartment in Carboneras, with an incredible terrace overlooking the sea to enjoy some dinners in the fresh air. The accommodation is very faithful to the photos, and it is very cozy. It has everything you need to cook if you don't feel like going out every day. Well-equipped bathroom. Everything is very clean and smells good of fabric softener. As for M Angeles, she is very attentive, responds quickly and is very flexible with the check-in and check-out time. We'd love to repeat ☺️

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

As described - it really is breathtaking. Angela and Julian were incredibly helfpul and responsive. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The not-functioning ceiling fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms could be inconvenient in hotter temperatures. We were thrilled to be able to stay in this house.

We were delighted to stay in Jesus' apartment. It is as shown in the photos, the perfect location, a few meters from the beach, parking space, fully equipped kitchen, a spectacular terrace and I wanted to highlight the kindness of Jesus at all times and his attention. 100% recommended. We'll be back for sure

Spectacular! The amazing house, located in front( less than 15 meters) of the best beach in Mojácar. And Paco and Isma a 10. We will definitely repeat it!!!

A perfect location within a very short walk of the beach, shops, supermarket, good restaurants and bars. Villa is well stocked and very child friendly with plenty of pool toys. Pool is a good size, warmed up nicely and very well maintained as we saw pool maintenance a number of times. Villa is clean, with plenty of space for a family or 2 and I can confirm the mattress to the master was great. We didn’t spend time in the villa in the evenings but it was well set up for sociable gatherings if you were sharing the space with friends/another family. Really enjoyable stay at a villa that caters for almost any type of guests in a location that has so much close by, yet is quiet and despite being overlooked by some apartments felt very private as barely saw a person. Looking forward to our return next year!

We enjoyed Felipe's well positioned property very much. The high quality furnishings, bed linen, excellent and spacious power showers make a comfortable and spacious holiday home. We also appreciated the excellent communication with Felipe and his mother Lourdes (who lives below) who was ready to help with any questions. Parking the car is also very easy. Felipe provided very useful tips for beaches, restaurants and places to visit which we also enjoyed. As a 60+ and 70+ couple we did not have a problem at all with the short hill to the property - the sea and Carboneras views made it worthwhile. We recommend Felipe's apartment.

The communication with the host was quick and easy. Instructions were very accurate and easy to follow. The flat is very confortable and beautiful. We had a very nice stay. It was like being at home. The kitchen was big and it had all utilities to cook anything. It was also value for money. We would definitely stay again if we return.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

The accommodation is as described and seen in the photos. The pool is perfect for swimming in early June. The accommodation is clean and tidy and in very good condition. Highly recommended.

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

We loved the place!!. Very comfortable, clean, easy access both by car and on foot (the village of Isleta is very small). Lourdes very attentive, she took care of all the details, even left us fresh drinks in the fridge. Highly recommended for a family vacation. We would definitely come back.

We were looking for a place near the beach for a extended weekend get away, the apartments location is fantastic, right on the beach boulevard, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes right on the door step, Lien was incredibly helpful, gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and was flexible in both check in and check out. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on visiting again in the near future!

Very cozy and beautiful accommodation in a quiet area with nice views. Very downtown and beaches. The terrace is a pass for breakfast overlooking the sea. The apartment is very well equipped. Josefa was very attentive to us and recommended several places. Highly recommended. To be repeated.

It is the fourth time we go to the accommodation, unbeatable location, next to the beach and the main square, spectacular terrace and Betty always attentive to the needs. To say something negative, there is no good acoustic insulation, but at the time that we go there is usually not much night time jaleo.

We felt right at home. The apartment is super cozy with everything you need to cook and live a very comfortable few days. La isleta enamora, it is a beautiful and relaxing village, with a measured and responsible tourism, of those places that unfortunately are almost there. Valvanuz and Antonio are very kind and helpful at all times.

This beautiful house with great roof terrace is not only close to the beach of San José, also around the corner is a small but complete supermarket, you can have breakfast or have a drink around the corner. You can easily park the car on the street nearby. San José has nice restaurants and other amenities. And from here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. And about the house itself: it is decorated with care and attention. One very nice place to be.
