House holiday rentals in Las Rozas de Madrid

Javier's house is a real haven. We spent 2 nights at 10 and slept very well. The view is absolutely beautiful, the house is clean and the garden is peaceful. Everything was perfect! The communication and instructions were very clear. Thanks again Javier for a great stay!

We went to spend a week as a family with small children and it was amazing. The house is beautiful, with very nice views, very quiet and has everything you need, very well equipped to spend days. Guillermo the owner has been charming and all the time waiting to make our stay pleasant. We felt at home. Would I repeat it? Without a doubt, as soon as I can, I will.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We had a great week at Irene's place. The outside is very private, not overlooked, and the pool as well as the view is amazing. The interior of the house is beautiful. Quiet, 30 minutes from Madrid. We would recommend Irene's house without hesitation.

We have passed a great bridge. The amazing house and the kids have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool that looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent accommodation, better than in the photos. Ideal for spending a few days. Very close to the village for a walk. The garden area is beautiful and everything is very well cared for. Carolina was always very attentive to making sure everything was fine, thank you very much!

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Everything was great! Pablo took very good care of us! Easy to get to and easy parking! The apartment was spotless

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

The house was impeccable, in a quiet area and with many restaurants nearby, as well as at least 2 supermarkets.

The house is very cozy....we loved it... the worst are the stairs....they are difficult . We thought the living room and kitchen was on the same floor...and the bed upstairs. The location and the village we loved it

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Everything was just as we expected! The first thing that caught my attention was Natalia's kindness and willingness. She assured us that she would be there whenever we needed her, and she was. He was great to us. It made us feel very comfortable that everything was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was not overloaded but we had the essentials. The house is cute and the area is beautiful. We fell in love with the views from all the windows and the aroma of vegetation that filtered into the house. It's not that I want to go back to the house, it's that I want to move!

¡Maravilla! Casa Josephine is a haven of peace and good taste in (just) an hour from Madrid. I highly recommend the plan: disconnection with the city and reconnection with nature. Not to mention the good taste with which the place is decorated… 10/10.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Spacious apartment, 3 bedrooms, very close to the airport, well connected to get to the city center, everything works perfectly.

I was at Carlos' house with some friends and I can only say that it was a 15 out of 10. Carlos was always very attentive to us and our needs. The house was impeccable and with all the comforts that anyone could need, in addition, Carlos left us some welcome amenities which are to be thanked. As soon as we arrived, he also explained how to get around the neighborhood and left us a map with restaurants and places of interest. Undoubtedly, one of the best houses I have stayed in and that, we hope to repeat in the future :-)

José Carlos was super helpful from the beginning of our reservation, the apartment was impeccable, it had espresso coffee and hygiene items. Always responded very quickly and kindly, I highly recommend it!!! We are a family of 4 and it was great for the period we stayed there.

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

Sounds good The house is wonderful. We were very comfortable. The photos make you see the house, but when you arrive you notice that they do not do it justice. In person, it is much prettier and cozier than in the photos. We were delighted. The views, the nature, the tranquility... By day you can be on any of its terraces or in the pool sunbathing. In the afternoon, the sunset from the main terrace is delicious.

The apartment was very clean, bed really comfortable and bathroom squeaky clean. Great location close to metro stations, restaurants, playgrounds for kids, clubs, etc. very walkable area and always felt very safe.

We loved this place and had an incredible weekend! The pool was great, we used the barbecue, and the surrounding mountains and view of the lake are lovely.
