Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Las Vegas Strip

It was a nice little place! We enjoyed our stay. The plants on the wall were a really cute touch to the place.

Second time staying here and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first. Very beautiful place to stay , with a chill vibe and a very friendly helpful host. 0 complaints! Being able to come back to a place as nice as this after a day out in Vegas is truly a treat!

The view was marvelous!! Our first night there we didn’t even go out. We just hung out all night on the balcony, enjoying the sunset/view. Was very relaxing indeed. We had gone for a race event I was participating in down at the Las Vegas Speedway. Was only about 20 min out. Not bad at all. Besides that, the room was very clean exactly how it is on the pictures. Couldn’t have asked for more, we felt right at home. Lots of places to eat down at the casino. Which was just down the elevator. Way closer than I thought. You can walk down the strip or just take a taxi which was only like 3-5 min away. Just wanna thank Ruben for hosting us, we had a great time. Will definitely be booking again for next years event. This is our go to now whenever we’re in Vegas!

THIS PLACE WAS SO NICE!! IT WAS PERFECT FOR ME. CLOSE TO BUS STOPS AND STORES. PRIVATE,CLEAN AND HAS IT'S OWN ENTRANCE. ALSO THEY HAD BASIC ESSENTIALS STOCKED THERE IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE IT . LIKE COFFEE MAKER WITH COFFEE, CREAM AND SUGAR. UTENSILS,SOAP AND DETERGENT TOO

We enjoyed our stay very much !! Just like other reviewers stated Ronnie had plenty of bottled water available which was amazing. Especially with hot Vegas weather . He was really responsive and accommodating. Place was wonderful and very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again !

This space is reasonably priced. If you are looking for a bargain and cleanliness it’s a great find for the $$. I felt safe in this space traveling alone. Alyssa is great communicator, and It was convenient to many amenities as well.

Super easy all around, especially parking which was a breeze. It was 107 degrees while I was here for work but the apartment stayed nice and cool. I hope to never come to Las Vegas again lol but if I did, I would stay here.

Great communication from start to finish! Elad also made some wonderful recommendations. The condo was very spacious and super clean. Beautiful view!! The amenities were great. Wonderful pool and restaurant/bar. Everyone was super friendly too. Will definitely be back!

The place was comfortable and the amenities were easily used. we came in late and the host was accommodating and even left a small gift basket, and offered more if we needed it. a peaceful respite for an exciting town 10/10

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

Lisandra was a great host with a lovely AirBnB. It was quiet and off of the strip and the perfect spot close enough to amenities as well as outdoor activities.

The apartment was in a central area for the places we planned to visit. The gate and enclosure provided privacy as we came in and out. The walk-in closet was a great bonus!

We had a great stay—5 stars all around! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with soft towels and thoughtful extra amenities in the bathroom. Tong was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Michelle was an awesome host. The location of her place is perfect, We were able to walk to MGM, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Aria and many more as they are well within walking distance. The view from the 31st floor is fantastic and faces the strip. you can see Planet Hollywood, The Aria, Treasure Island and more from the balcony. Michelle was also quick to respond to messages in the app whenever we needed something.

Nice view; however, not on the strip. Place is great for couples. Nice and clean.

I loved staying here as opposed to the Main MGM. Much quieter and I felt much safer as well. Bonus was no cig smoke at all. Wonderful staff.

This was a huge upgrade from the room we stayed at last year at Plams Place, Michael's was top notch one of the best I've ever stayed in, felt like a million bucks in how maintained and well the overall location was. Loved the balcony views of the strip from afar. The stand alone soaking tub in the bedroom was amazing and overall made a getaway for myself and my wife abosultley amazing! I would 100% rent again! One note outside of the review and nothing to do with Michael's place but overall Palms Place the elevator for this location was horrible it took on average 5-10 minutes to even get an elevator that you could get on because they were constantly full and only had one or two working but the staff said none were down. Nearly missed my uber ride due to this issue. But overall it seemed to be a building issue and didn't have the same last year so not sure what happened either way I was very impressed with the stay and can't wait to return next year!

Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

Location, location, location! This is an excellent condo in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. The unit is in good shape and accurately described. Check in at the front desk was easy: we were even able to get into the unit a little early, which made our day so much easier. The unit itself is very nice. There were no issues with the unit or any of the ammentities. If you are looking for pool time, Vdara has a very nice, if small pool. Not a great fit for kids, but perfect for adults. The pool is correctly sized for the hotel: there were always plenty of available chairs (and umbrellas). Make sure you stop at the market cafe in the lobby for some of the best carrot cake we have ever had! The best part of this property is the location though. You are connected to Cosmopolitan and Bellagio without having to walk outside. And only a 2 min walk from the Aria. All 3 have great restaurants. We particularily like the Patisserie at Aria, and the food hall at Cosmo.
