1. Excellent penthouse in the center of Madrid

This charming Duplex, 5 minutes from Tribunal and 10 from Gran Vía, in the heart of downtown. It's spacious and beautifully decorated. Very discreet apartment, no neighbors in front, with great views of everything Madrid, direct elevator inside. It has two terraces with plants, pond with pieces. Antique furniture, unique pieces, wifi, TV screen cinema, Prime, Netflix, 3 air conditioners, etc. House with a lot of peace. There are two bedrooms and an XL bed in the loft. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED
