It is ideally located 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the ski slopes of the family resort "La Croix-Fry", 15 minutes from all shops (La Clusaz, Thônes) and 40 minutes from Annecy or Megève.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Duplex between lake and mountains

Between lake and mountains, located a 5 minute drive from the lake (Duingt beach), our apartment is built in an old farmhouse. It has a capacity of 5 people (max 6 with sofa bed). It is located 800m from altitudes in a typical village of the Bauges Natural Park. You will find direct access for mountain hikes on foot or snowshoeing from the house. This is a peaceful place in the middle of the mountain.

200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities, beaches nearby or many hiking departures. At 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the shores of the lake by bike, Annecy is only 16km away and we provide free 2 bikes. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.
