Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

My place is conveniently located location, close to the Danube bike trail and the city center, (both approx. 10 minutes), in a quiet residential area. The apartment is perfect for 1 -2 people. A sofa bed can be requested. The apartment, newly renovated, impresses with cozy, appealing furniture.
