Ideally located near the central Place de la Riponne (4'walk) and the Flon district , at 2 metro stops from Central Station, well connected by public transport to EPFL and all major sites in Lausanne, you'll enjoy both lake and mountains, being at only 40' by train to ski stations! The flat is sunny and well equipped. It is a very central apartment located in modern building recently renewed in the city centre, with large windows and thick walls (fresh in summer and quiet inside!).
