the chalet is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking routes in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 min from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if needed and will be very responsive in case of problems. Everything is planned so you can have a good stay with peace of mind. All you have to do is book 😊

90m2 apartment completely renovated, with a capacity of 8 people with all the necessary comfort and several secure parking spaces. 500 meters from the research center (Scientific Polygon, Minatec, SNCF, EDF, CEA, Synchrotron). 50 meters from the tram to visit the city center of Grenoble and a few minutes from the mountain ranges. You will be seduced by its quiet location and close to all amenities.

Best ski location

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes).

Orienté plein sud le studio , 2 pieces + cuisine + salle de bain, s'ouvre sur une terrasse à l'ouest et une tonnelle ombragée à l'est. Devant un grand verger, idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la vue sur le Dévoluy. A l'arrière du chalet le chemin des Huguenots pour des randonnées à pied ou en vélos . Mens petit bourg chargé d'histoire se trouve à 15 minutes à pied.
