Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

Great place! Very clean, and spacious. We planned a last minute weekend getaway to fish and are happy we stumbled across this place. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

The place was spotless when we arrived and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 12 of us. The backyard was perfect for hanging out, with a fireplace, bean bag toss, and plenty of outdoor furniture. We also went kayaking, which was a lot of fun. The staff was very responsive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a great time that we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Excellent long weekend getaway in a perfect location on the beach block just steps from the beach, close to the bay and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. House was very clean and comfortable, easy to get in with s super responsive host! We look forward to opportunity to rent again.

The location was absolutely ideal... just a short walk to both the beach and the bay. Parking was a bit tricky at times, but that’s pretty typical for a beach town. Kendall was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already planning to return next year:) My only suggestion would be to consider adding a small TV in one of the bedrooms... since the weather wasn’t great during our visit, it would’ve been a nice indoor option.

Dongmei’s place was absolutely amazing! We had such a wonderful family experience. The place itself was extremely peaceful and super clean. The kitchen was amazing. Making breakfast while seeing/hearing/smelling the bay was awesome. The kayaks were top notch and the water accessibility was second to none. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed for a very comforting private atmosphere. Super close to supermarkets, restaurants and anything else you’d need. Thank you for providing this gem

Michael and Jennifer were amazing to work with. They were beyond accommodating and extremely friendly and attentive. The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything seemed new and updated. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

Anneke’s place was fantastic. Although the weather wasn’t in our favor, the place itself was very pleasant and felt like a new home. Anneke was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We hope to book again in the future!

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

Just 3 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the boardwalk. Beautiful apartment, looks like it was recently painted and renovated. Everything is very fresh and new. L

Jack & Vivians place was spotless with refreshed white sheets that made you feel comfortable sleeping on. The rooms were spacious, and the house well equipped. As a mom of two kids (4 & 5), I love that unnecessary things were not included (rugs, tabletop displays, wall shelves), making it so easy to keep it clean and easy to kid-proof. The beach badges were really lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor shower to wash off our feet after a day at the beach. The common area outside was very well kept and shady and very enjoyable. The location of the house is also very great. Its the same block as the beach, reducing transition times.

We had a wonderful two night stay here in Point Pleasant. The house was extremely clean and cozy, perfect for a couple or small group of friends. Unbeatable location with many restaurants in walking distance, as well as the beach of course. Beach badges were included along with passes to the boardwalk and aquarium nearby, which was an unexpected surprise. Kitty was extremely accommodating with all our needs and flexible when it came to our check in/check out times. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Place very clean, spacious. Beds comfortable. Is on a busy road and close to fire station so sirens can be heard. Host always communicated. Liked the little extras, shampoo , conditioner & shower gel. Paper towel and toilet paper to start you off. Providing beach badges, chairs and towels what an added bonus!!

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Julianna’s place was clean and she was very friendly. The only thing was the sink was leaking. I called them right away and they were quick to help. Attentive. Overall great stay great location it was 1 min walk to the boardwalk which has everything to do.

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!

We had the best stay at Jennifer’s place for a girls weekend getaway! We didn’t want to leave. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her place to make it welcoming. It is so well decorated and stocked with all the necessities, plus more than you would typically expect! This is a place where you don’t have to pack a ton for the beach because she has the place stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. We were missing something in the condo and Jennifer was quick to respond and bring it to us, she is super communicative and accommodating. The location was PERFECT as we walked to everything we wanted to within 15 minutes. Having beach badges to both Seaside AND funtown were such a plus. HIGHLY recommend checking out Funtown!! We are already planning a trip back!!
