A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. This old stone building has been carefully renovated to combine the charm of the old and modern comforts. L'Etape du Moulin , gite 2 pers - clim - piscine

L'Etape du Moulin is a semi-detached cottage located on our property. Ideal for a single person or couple, it has a private entrance, parking space and cozy comfort whether you are passing through or staying for several days. You can enjoy a terrace that may be shared with the other cottage and access the bucolic garden and private pond for a short boat ride, a nap by the water.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.
