Bienvenue dans le village de Laverune. Passez un agréable séjour dans notre studio de 26m², proche de Montpellier Centre et des plages (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, la Grande Motte 30km). Petit espace extérieur côté cour. Le studio donne sur le jardin PRIVÉ des propriétaires. Les chiens sont acceptés (logement ou cour, pas dans le jardin afin d'éviter d'éventuelles incident avec notre chien). L'arrivée se fait de manière autonome avec une boite à clé, à partir de 15H et le départ à 11H maximum

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.

Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.
