Jim was very responsive when I messaged him. The house was super cozy. I cooked dinner for our second night stay and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans so that made cooking a breeze. You can hear the creek outback as soon as you step out of your car. It was absolutely amazing for the price and I'm very thankful for the experience.

Cute little house, matched description perfectly. Can tell that the area is undergoing a restoration and revitalization. Beds super comfy and house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!!

Clean, comfortable home with very well stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was a nice amenity. The Avondale neighborhood had several interesting restaurants. I would stay here again.

We booked our stay and Manuel was incredibly easy to work with. We brought our two dogs and they enjoyed the space with us, including the fenced in yard. We took them for walks in the neighborhood and the close by park. The church bells were so lovely to hear!

Veronica and her home were absolutely amazing. Very clean. Smelled new. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. My family and I had a great time spending precious moments in this beautiful home. Lake access was easy and my brother was able to pick us up on his boat. Definitely recommend!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful house with a great scandi modern design. Nicely furnished with comfortable furniture, new fixtures and plenty of closets. Brand new appliances. Cute outdoor area in the back for lounging or cute front deck entry area with comfy chairs. The Avondale area is an up and coming neighborhood that has several great breweries, restaurants, and other shops (like the delicious Big Spoon Creamery ice cream shop) within a mile or two of the house. Very steep driveway so just be aware of that when you’re parking or unloading your car. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Beautiful home with plenty of space! Loved the setup of the bunk room, quite creative. We didn't know the pool wasn't open yet, which was a bummer, but Garry called and provided other entertainment options, going above and beyond. Turned out to be a rainy weekend anyway. Lots to do, inside and out. We even caught some BIG fish in the pond. Pickleball was a big hit, even in the rain. Highly recommend.

Only 10 mins from the airport, this is a super cute apartment at the top of a hill in a private residential area. While the hill is steep, it makes for a very pretty view from the patio area! Most restaurants/bars/shopping are within a 15-min walk or 5 min drive, which allows for convenient outings for those without a car or cheap ride-share options. For an apartment complex, we never heard any of our neighbors, which was nice. Erin was great! She was very nice and accommodating for all our travel needs! My only suggestion is maybe a portable fan, as it can get a little toasty in the bedroom (if you’re anything like us and prefer to be cold when you go to sleep). Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent home very clean and cozy. Great location great neighbors very accommodating to renters. Golf cart made easy lake access. Have no compliants will stay there again if its available next time we in Lake Martin. If ya considering this place book it ya won't be disappointed.

Joanna's apartment was great! Beautifully updated and simply decorated. Firm beds, spotless showers and kitchen, comfortable den furniture. perfect for our brief stay for college Orientation.

Great place to stay - steps from downtown. We were able to walk to pepper place which is always a bonus. Clean and for the area its located felt safe being up on the hill.

Our family enjoyed staying here. Didn’t get to spend much time in the house but it was very convenient to a family wedding at New Water Farm. We had two small issues when we arrived but Jeannie answered very quickly. Cute house in a lovely small wooded community.

Short but sweet! We only spent two nights at Bob’s Place but it was a lovely stay. The condo was spotless and very comfortable, and Bob was a gracious host. Hopefully, next time will be longer.

My family had a wonderful week watching sun rises and sailboats. The space had everything we needed. Joan was responsive and kind.

Harold was responsive and helpful throughout, giving clear instructions for check in and check out, whilst also helping us throughout our stay. It's a beautiful place with breathtaking views, well worth staying here!

We had a great anniversary trip on this picturesque lake in Alabama. Susan was a great host and we will definitely be back to visit again soon.

Love our weekend with friends here! We had two children and four adults and felt we had plenty of space. The rain prevented us from using the outdoor kitchen area but it was beautiful. Loved the dock and the ability to swim. Be warned that this is a main thoroughfare on the lake so the boat traffic is heavy (I assume particularly on the summer weekend). The only way this impacted us was causing lots of waves as the kids were swimming, but it certainly didn’t dampen the fun. Host was very responsive and gave lots of great recs for the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this lakehouse on Lake Martin! The location was absolutely perfect—right on the water with beautiful views and easy access to everything we needed. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very family-friendly, with plenty of room for the kids (and our dog!) to enjoy themselves. It truly felt like a home away from home. We spent our days swimming, relaxing by the lake, and making wonderful memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway—can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the log cabin. Peaceful, relaxing and exactly what we were looking for this holiday. The property is gorgeous. The cabin has incredible character while being still comfortable and having the amenities we needed. We found hiking trails just 10 minutes away at Double Oak. Best of all, it was quality time spent enjoying our boys and our pup.

Great spot right on the river. Covered dock for our 20ft pontune boat, screened in porch with view of the lake. Great kitchen, pool table, big tv, great rooms and bathrooms, washer dryer charcoal Webber grill Out back. All superb and would definitely recommend.
