Charmant studio de 18 m2, refait à neuf en 2023 au rez de jardin de notre habitation principale dans la petite Station familiale de Laye, plus petite du Champsaur à 1300 m. Les lits seront faits à votre arrivée, les serviettes de toilette, tapis de sol et torchons sont fournies. Suivant conditions d'enneigement : 8 pistes de ski Alpin et 1 piste de luge, idéal débutants. 6 stations à maximum 35 min (Orcières merlette) Un restaurant, un dépanneur, un magasin d'équipements et un accrobranche.

Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.
