It is quiet, on the edge of the village, without neighbors. The village center is an 8-minute walk away, the first beaches are 12 minutes away, 8 minutes by bike (island fully served by bike paths)

Calme rare, tout à pied : marché, commerces, vélos.

The house is located facing the sea and facing south. Beach access is direct through the garden. Ideal for family vacations, it is very well equipped with a ping pong table, barbecue and even a piano! On the ground floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms including one with a private bathroom and a children's bedroom upstairs! Shops and the market are a few minutes' walk away.

Chauveau - between port and beach

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.
