Excellent stay in this clean, very pleasant and well-decorated apartment. Ideal location in the city center for walking and free public transport on weekends. The underground parking is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without an elevator make you exercise. We'll come back

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

We had a very pleasant stay, the accommodation is perfect for two and offered everything we needed. Close to the center and Puy du Fou, the location was ideal!

The house is very well maintained. The rooms are very large and the bedding is in very good condition. The food is top-notch. Stéphane is a pleasant and very kind person. Charming outbuilding in the countryside, ideal for disconnecting or making a stop not far from Puy du Fou. Welcoming and available hosts, we were able to meet their 2 adorable donkeys. Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bedding, impeccable cleanliness. We'll be happy to go back!

I spent very pleasant nights in Betty's accommodation. A great welcome on arrival, you can really see that she loves people. the accommodation is super clean and surrounded by a very nice little garden. I will be happy to come back as soon as I have business trips in the area again

The house is great, the garden is very cute. It is very well decorated and very well equipped. We really liked the outdoor kitchen and the terrace. Florence was very pleasant in communication and very accommodating. I highly recommend it.

An exceptional family stay in the Baptistin cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both the youngest and adults, various games, indoor swimming pool and relaxation on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, the must! Very nice apartment, quiet - ideal for us who came to an event on exponantes, we even went on foot along the banks of the river. Super equipped, with a real feeling at home, and not just made for Airbnb with Ikea-

We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
