The accommodation is spacious, clean, very well equipped, in a new and quiet secure residence, with in addition an individual closed garage in the basement. The lake and the city center are just a few minutes' walk away. Everything is as described. Sébastien is attentive to his guests, very welcoming. We'll be there again.

Excellent stay, very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, magnificent view, well located, parking space right in front, great value for money. I just needed a washing machine and I would have stayed longer.

The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped. Just a 5-minute walk from the lake and the city center, we had a great time, Nadia and Thierry were very nice and responsive, they welcomed us despite our delay with cupcakes, orange juice and a bottle of cold water (not insignificant with the heat). My stay went very well, quiet place. The access explanations were very clear. The apartment is warm, functional and very pleasant. Teo is very responsive in his answers to my questions. I recommend it without hesitating.

Alice's place was just perfect! 100% true to the description, everything is very well thought out and attention to detail: the ceiling speaker, kitchen amenities, clean and comfortable linens, access to two bikes. Not to mention the hot tub, which obviously makes all the difference. The lake view is also a real plus! I would recommend it in a second! Thank you again to Alice.

Beautiful apartment, lived up to the advert and more, very well equipped. Right in the centre of town yet quiet. All done to a very nice style.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful renovated apartment, spacious, pleasant and clean. Ideal for a large family! (with its 3 showers, great when you come back from swimming, no need to queue!) Very good location! We had everything nearby. The area is beautiful! We were able to enjoy the municipal beach on foot, cycling along the lake via aix-les-bains, a trip to Annecy about thirty minutes away! Very friendly and very responsive host! Our biggest fear was that there was no air conditioning but the apartment is pretty well insulated so in the evening no fear with the 2 large super fans at our disposal! Thank you so much Sylvain! Recommended!

My husband, toddler, and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, perfect for our little family. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions yet quiet enough for restful nights. Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going with a toddler much less stressful. Mikael and Sarah were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The little touches throughout the home made it feel warm and welcoming. We would highly recommend this place to families or anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Very good choice of accommodation if you want to go on vacation / WE in Aix-les-Bains! Accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the city center and all the shops, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Ability to park quite easily on the street.

We spent one night, the apartment is as described, clean and well located. It is comfortable and everything is well described in the booklet. Small touches are left, the spa is very pleasant. The only regret is the departure time, 10 a.m. is really early. Finally, there is not much time left to enjoy.

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.
