Appartamento molto particolare, accogliente, riservato, in una zona tranquilla e comoda per spostamenti a piedi, vicino inoltre ai mezzi di trasporto. Nicola è stato molto disponibile, sia per il check in, che durante il soggiorno. Consigliato!

Nel pieno centro della città, il B&B di Giuseppe è un luogo luminoso, accogliente, appena ristrutturato con cura e ottima distribuzione degli spazi. Pulizia impeccabile! Giuseppe è un host gentilissimo, presente, veloce e molto educato. Consigliatissimo! Io ci torneró sicuramente!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich TOP! Nur 5 min zu Fuß zu einen wunderschönen Strand. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Quirico war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung.

Ampi spazi, posizione strategica, finiture e arredi minimal ma di gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Così come il rapporto con l'host. Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana all'insegna di tranquillità, bei paesaggi e cibo eccellente. Ci torneremo e la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie a Luigi e famiglia

Wer einen ruhigen urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Strand direkt vor dem Haus auch nicht sehr belebt. Die Strandbar ist auch super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zum kochen wurden auch alle Utensilien, sowie Basic Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Giuseppina war sehr freundlich, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und hoffentlich bald nochmal vorbei kommen.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Grazie Maria e Antonio per l’ospitalità, i preziosi consigli, la perfetta, spaziosa e pulita villetta, la vostra simpatia e trasparenza, la bottiglia di vino e i dolci che ci avete fatto trovare: ci siamo sentiti a casa! Grazie anche per averci aiutato quando, appena arrivati, la batteria dell’auto ci ha abbandonati! Bellissime spiagge a pochi km, tanta pace e il paese di Botricello è ben fornito di tutto. Speriamo di ritornare presto!

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. Grazie Francesco. Sarà un piacere essere nuovamente tuoi ospiti.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Nah am Meer richtig toll und sehr sauberes Wasser Ende Mai vor der Saison. Ein Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar die Pizza dort ist super aber auch die Fischgerichte. Ab 01.06 ist auch am Strand eine Bar und am Wochenende die Jugaad Lounge sehr gemütlich. Das wir direkt am Eingangstor des Hauses waren hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt Liegen und einen Strandschirm wenn ihr den Schirmständer mit zum Strand nehmt fliegt nichts weg. Es gibt tolle Gelaterias und Restaurants in Davoli max 10min mit dem Auto. Wir hatten perfekte 7 Tage und haben nur den Pool der am 01.06. befüllt sein sollte ein wenig vermisst. Die Menschen dort und die fantastische Landschaft haben uns entschädigt. ;-)

Villaggio ideale anche per le famiglie e poco dispersivo grazie alle sue dimensioni. Animazione presente nei mesi estivi composta da bravi ragazzi che si impegnano per cercare di intrattenere e coinvolgere gli ospiti senza esagerare. Piscina pulita e sempre in ordine , spiaggia convenzionata di sabbia fine e molto pulita; mare spettacolare. I proprietari sono molto disponibili a qualunque richiesta. Sicuramente mi sento di consigliarlo senza alcun dubbio.

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Schönes Haus inmitten des Grünen, umgeben nur von Olivenhainen und Obstbäumen, Wildtieren, Grillen. Wer Ruhe & Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier richtig. Man ist wirklich ganz alleine hier, fern der Zivilisation. Traumhaft ist der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus. Die Wohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Aussengrill und Pool sind tolle Optionen, wir waren aber auch viel an den schönen Stränden der Umgebung. Ilario ist super und gab viele Empfehlungen, besonders das Restaurant Le Zagare hat uns sehr gut gefallen (leckere Pizza!).

Das schönste an der Unterkunft war die Lage bzw. der Blick. Und der Pool. Es war super ruhig und wir konnten auch wirklich gut für uns sein. Bei Fragen oder anderem war Franceso immer zu erreichen und kümmerte sich sehr. Man sollte wissen, dass man definitiv ein Auto braucht, weil Restaurants etc. nicht fußläufig erreichbar sind.

Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana (troppo breve) di pace e relax.. Carol e la sua famiglia, gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire da subito un clima familiare e anche gli altri ospiti ci hanno accolto in maniera straordinaria..I bambini possono disporre di un'area giochi fornita, ad ogni angolo un'area relax con sdraio e amaca..la vista mozzafiato fa da cornice con un mare splendido e la piccola spiaggia..molto bella la piscina immersa nella vegetazione..indimenticabile l'alba vista dal belvedere ..in definitiva un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere e consigliabile a tutti gli amanti della natura! grazie Carol & family e grazie a tutti gli ospiti

Great location for walking to beach & restaurants/ bars. A bit noisy on the street but we were there Saturday night (Sunday a lot quieter). Great hosts, very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Really nice spot. Simple, clean and right at the (almost private) beach. Fresh agricultural produce by roadside farmers 4 minutes by car. Roger is usually closeby and always approachable for questions and help.

L'appartement Scirocco de la villa Raffaele se présente exactement comme sur le descriptif et les photos disponibles sur le page Airbnb. Les équipements sont opérationnels tant au niveau de la cuisine, de la salle de bain qu'au salon. La climatisation permet, à certains moments de la journée de rafraîchir l'air et ainsi de pouvoir se reposer sans souffrir de la chaleur. Les chambres sont très agréables et au calme, la cuisine offre des possibilités de cuisson et de conservation des aliments, comme à la maison. La vue sur la terrasse, ou sur le toit de la villa est magnifique, et nous avons adoré nous lever le matin face à la mer ionienne d'un bleu éclatant. C'est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer paisiblement, à l'écart de l'agitation urbaine, dans un cadre splendide. L'accès à la mer peut se faire à pied, en traversant un petit tunnel sous la route, en moins de 15 minutes. Les commerces à proximité, surtout du côté de Botricello, sont nombreux et proposent toutes sortes de denrées.

Cesare is een ontzettend lieve man die je gelijk een gevoel van thuis geeft. Heerlijk vers fruit, bakje koffie, lekker likeurtje, we werden echt verwend. we hadden vanwege de rust een kamer aan de achterkant van de prachtige boerderij. een veranda en veel privacy. Daar zijn we op gesteld en Cesare voelde dat heel goed aan. Hij heeft een heerlijke tuin en we hadden voor het eerst tijdens onze reis comfortabele stoelen. Het bed sliep heerlijk, het kussen was beter dan bij ons thuis. We hebben goede tips gekregen. Cesare spreekt een paar woorden Engels, maar met Google translate kwamen we toch tot leuke gesprekken. Hij heeft erg lieve honden lopen op het terrein. Dat maakte het gemis van onze eigen honden thuis iets dragelijker. We hebben heerlijke dagen bij je gehad, Cesare, en zullen onze vrienden zeker over je mooie bedrijf vertellen. Heel veel succes en nogmaals dankjewel❤️

Ein wunderschönes Appartement direkt am Strand, bestens ausgestattet, mit Parkplatz in einem abgezäunten Areal. Anfang Mai war ich zeitweise alleine am Strand, beste Aussicht nach Pizzo und bei guter Sicht konnte man die Umrisse der Vulkaninsel Stromboli sehen. Pizzo ist ein wundervolles Städtchen am Berghang, viele verwinkelte Gassen und mindestens sieben Eiscafes, die für sich in Anspruch nehmen, das weltweit bekannte Tartuffo Eis erfunden zu haben. (Mein Tipp: Gelateria Morino am Hauptplatz, mir hat das "Vulcanetto" am besten geschmeckt)

Francesco’s apartment in the old town of Pizzo was in a great position for access to everything you’d want in Pizzo. We were met by Viola who was really lovely and friendly. The location was great, only a minute’s walk and you’re in the heart of the town, with great restaurants, views over the sea, and a lovely and quiet little public beach. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and was nicely decorated, and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room and it was also great to have the two bathrooms. The kitchen was also great and we were able to make a couple of meals when staying there and had these out on the lovely terrace. We had a great stay at Francesco’s apartment and would highly recommend staying there, and would book again.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
