The listing is as described. All amenities are quality. Denis welcomed us very warmly. He told us all the services the environment could provide us. The sea view, offered by the loggia, is enough to rest from the daily stress. I recommend it!

An absolutely perfect stay! This beachfront home is a haven. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The ocean view is simply breathtaking, and hearing the sound of the waves from the terrace is pure happiness. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great for exploring the surroundings, enjoying the beach or just relaxing. We leave with unforgettable memories and can only recommend this little corner of heaven. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Philbert's lovely house, with many designer touches. Just a very short walk from the river front, shops and the local market. We hired bikes to discover the area and it's beaches, always happy to return to the house and the quiet roof top terrace.

Great place to stay when cycling the Velodyssee. It is right on the route and is very comfortable. The place is well renovated and has all the necessary amenities. The hosts are very friendly and respond swiftly to messages.

We had a wonderful stay with the family in Les Sables d 'Olonne, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. The view is simply splendid. The apartment is in a great location, bright, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. A huge thank you to our host, a lady of great kindness, available and caring. We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. The apartment is super located, it is only 100m to the beach. The dunes start right next to the house and it is nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up directly on site and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and no direct shopping facilities, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.

Very nice accommodation, very clean, right in front of the sea, quiet; light basement perfect when it's 30°... close to the Arago neighborhood and its market, restaurants... we'll remember it for our next visit.

Jean Marc is very responsive ,available,friendly . The accommodation is very clean with good bedding . The apartment is with a side sea view,very well equipped (cafetiere,toaster , enough dishes...)the veranda on the balcony is a real plus, even if it overlooks the parking because there is sea view on the side. The residence is very quiet. I recommend this accommodation .
