Had a wonderful stay at Alexandre’s chalet. The location is very private but easily accessible. Well stocked kitchenware for any cooking, baking, or drink making needs. He provides plenty of firewood and linens. The hot tub is also a nice addition that is surrounded by peaceful forest. A very beautiful location!

Le Chant des Baleines is an ideal refuge for a nature experience that combines large mature trees and an unobstructed view of the horizon, the majestic river and the lively company of various birds nearby. An authentic and peaceful getaway in the generous hospitality of a cozy chalet where everything has been planned for our comfort. Loved it!

Beautiful view! A very relaxing, spacious place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Kanawata. The cottage was beautiful - very spacious, amazing amenities, comfortable, clean and beautiful views and surroundings. The pool table and arcade games were a big hit with our kids (who are in their early twenties), and the sauna and hot tub were a bit hit with all of us. The surroundings are spectacular, with lots of hiking trails nearby. The town of La Malbaie was about a 15 minute drive with lots of shops and restaurants. Sylvie was an excellent host - very responsive and gave us lots of great local recommendations. I would highly recommend if you are visiting the region with a larger group - any time of year!

Amazing stay, impeccably clean , beautifully decorated, thoughtful host and perfect location

Loved our short stay! Pascal answered all our questions before we arrived and even after, when we had questions. We were 7 families (12 adults, 3 children and 1 baby) and everyone slept well! Very comfortable rooms, very large common areas with enough seating for everyone! We didn't miss anything in the kitchen for large formats either. It is certainly a chalet that we keep in mind for a future visit to Charlevoix :D Thank you so much for trusting us!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotles probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been to and it had everything we needed to cook and have fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of utensils, bowls, and cookware, which made meal prep super easy. We also loved the extras like the hot tub, kayaking, and the cozy fire pit it made the whole experience unforgettable. The view from the cottage was absolutely stunning. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful cottage in Sainte-Rose-du-Nord which also deserves its title as one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec. Very nice view of the fjord and the village, very well supplied and very clean cottage. Finally, excellent communication with Marie-Pierre the owner before, during and after the end of the stay. Especially recommended!👍😃

The chalet is beautiful with its direct lake view! The environment is peaceful and relaxing!

We enjoyed the stay! The cottage was impeccable. It is located in a secluded corner of the forest. Perfect for those seeking absolute calm. The dock is not directly in front of the chalet, but nearby. It overlooks a river with little traffic and leads to another larger one. Thanks for our stay!

Great stay! The view of the marsh and the sound of the birds when you wake up: super relaxing, you really feel like you're on vacation. Everything was impeccable in the accommodation; super clean, with all the amenities. Access to the beach: amazing; it almost felt like we had our own private beach. Only small downside: the average soundproofing of the bathroom (especially when sleeping in the mezzanine; you can hear what is happening there). But I recommend this accommodation 100% :)! We really loved it and would come back. Thank you!

We had a great stay in mid May. As it was cold and rainy outside, the house was a great home base for our tours. Everything was welcoming towards us.

Marvelous house on the edge of a beautiful lake

4-week stay, February 2025 The owner is nice and very available at the time of booking, at the time of arrival and throughout the stay. The cottage is friendly, warm and amply large for our group of 4. All advertised amenities were there. We didn't want for anything. The promised services were all delivered and even more. It's easy to stock up on food essentials relatively close to the cottage and all major shops are accessible within 40 minutes by car. The site is peaceful with a great river view. The cottage is very well located for snowmobilers, with varied trails (mountains-valleys-plain). Snowshoeing is practiced throughout the surrounding woodland. Some trails are groomed by residents and everywhere you can make your own tracks. Beautiful landscapes and winter fun, a cozy chalet, a rejuvenating and relaxing experience... That's it!
