We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a beautiful sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is still very close, just a 3-minute walk away. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, and the exteriors were designed by a landscaper.

Close to the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer and Longeville: Conches, Rocher, Clémenceau St Vincent/J, Clémenceau and Vendée Automobile Museums nearby, and Puy du Fou 1 hour away. Suitable for two people, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A car is required for amenities. Parking in front of the house.
