Studio paisible et agréable, les murs en pierres garde la fraicheur. Nous sommes à 5 minutes de O'Gliss, O'Fun Park. Les Sables d'Olonne sont à 35 minutes. Proche des plages de La Tranche sur mer et Longeville en voiture (1/4 h), Musées de Clémenceau et de l'automobile de Vendée à proximité et le Puy du Fou à 1 heure. Convenant pour deux personnes, non adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Nécessité d'une voiture pour les commodités. Stationnement devant la maison.

It consists of: - a large bright living room with an open and equipped kitchen - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms Enclosed and wooded garden that can accommodate 2 cars. 2 covered terraces, garden furniture (armchairs, table, sunbeds, umbrella and barbecue). Pets welcome.

Ideal for families with children, quiet and in nature, 20 km from the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer and La Grière, we welcome you in a wing of an 18th century Vendéen Logis that we are gradually restoring and of which we occupy the other part. Activities around us: O'fun park, O'gliss park, Château des Aventuriers, we are also located 55 minutes from Puy du Fou, you will appreciate the calm and charm of the countryside and close to the sea.
