Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. We have bees and are pleased to show how we are nurturing our hive. Our gardens are beautiful and guests are welcome on both properties. As Super Hosts we do our best to make your stay memorable🌻

The Rock House up in the trees!

Retreat & social distance in the tree tops in our 8x10 ft “Rock House”. Song Birds will sing to you. Private outdoor bath tub near grilling/fire pit. A screened pavilion with picnic table and outdoor kitchen was added in 2021. Finnish steam sauna w shower was completed in fall 2019. Nice outhouse! Self Check in May - Oct. 160 private acres with 4 miles of trails on our 3/4 mi stretch of the wild and scenic St Regis River in the Adirondack Park. Pets are ok. We Welcome Diversity.

Meadow Cottage on Organic Farm with Mountain Views

The Meadow Cottage is perched on a picturesque knoll in the back of our 300 acre working dairy farm. We are located in between two of Vermont's best ski resorts, Jay Peak and Smuggler Notch. Come for a winter adventure full of downhill skiing, riding or x-country touring. Stay for the local breweries, distilleries, restaurants and antique stores. Or just relax at the farm, watch us milk the cows or cook up some delicious farm raised food for dinner. Well behaved dogs are welcome anytime!

This bright, spacious apartment features a private bathroom, outdoor hot tub, private entrance and two private decks. The apartment is located on the second floor of our beloved farmhouse. Enjoy the views from the outdoor hot tub or the south-facing deck or enjoy miles of walking trails through our pasture and forest. Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!
