Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. L’été, dans le village, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine municipale et sa base de loisirs. Vous serez à 15mn du zoo de La Fleche, et du château du Lude, et 35mn du circuit des 24h du Mans

La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).
