You have a bedroom upstairs, 160 x 200 bed with reserved access to the bathroom. Veranda or kitchen to have your coffee, tea, etc. Private garden and parking, garage for motorcycle. Possibility to charge your vehicle on 3KW wallbox (additional charge) Spoken languages: French, English.

The lavoir du prieuré

In the heart of the Sarthois perch in Sceaux sur Huisne, a town of water in Roman times, behind the church with the bell tower so special, is the wash house of the "farm of the priory". This small building and its basin fed by a source, are part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below is the remains of the Gallo-Roman baths. The room was installed in an old wash house dating back to the 15th century, so it is a night "feet in the water" that is proposed.

Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.
